A 24-week coaching and accountability experience that helps you master your emotions so you can manage your weight—for life.

Weekly group coaching calls where you’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, reconnect with your body, and shift your patterns around food, movement, and self-trust.


Phase 2: Integration (Weeks 13–24)

No live calls—but you’ll still have direct access to me for ongoing support, accountability, and check-ins via our private group chat.
